WWVA doesn't only desire to prepare students for their next step in life, but strives to create change-makers and leaders in the world. We have found that our campus does best when we are relying not only on our faculty and staff to provide leadership, but on our students as peers. Through learning these new skill areas, our students are prepared for whatever life path they choose and teaches them how to better serve their community. 

As a Christian school, we hold our student leaders to Christian standard and behavior as role models on our campus. Our leaders maintain good academic standing and work to portray school loyalty.
